List of qualifications and occupancy standards:

  • Applicant must be of legal age, 18 years or older.
  • Month income must be three (3) times the month rent.
  • Positive credit history (bankruptcy ok if discharged).
  • Previous residency must be verifiable. Applicants are required to have excellent payment history and fulfilled all terms of any applicable lease agreements.
  • Employment history must be verifiable. If no employment history exists, applicant must show means of support for a period of one year. (self-employed income verified by 2 years tax refunds and prior 6 months bank statements). 


Occupancy Guidelines:

One bedroom:  3 occupants

Two bedroom:  5 occupants

Three bedroom:  7 occupants
